The Mailserver Flex is a fully dedicated server with its own IP, exclusive resources (1 OCPU + 4 GB RAM) and extended support for up to 1 year. No. The service is fully managed by our team. We handle configuration, monitoring, security patches, and maintenance. You receive a ready to use server with unlimited technical support included.
A dedicated IP address is exclusive to your company — only your emails are sent from that address. With shared services, multiple clients send emails from that same IP address, so their reputation affects yours. With a dedicated IP address, your sending reputation depends solely on the performance of your emails.
All emails, attachments, and mailbox settings are backed up daily and retained for 365 days. This includes 10 restores per year — useful if you need to recover emails deleted by mistake or to comply with legal retention requirements.
