Your emails prove
that you are the one who sends them
Moderns email servers reject or mark as spam any message that is not properly authenticated. We configure the three industry-standard protocols.
SPF · Sender Policy Framework
Define which servers are allowed to send email on behalf of your domain. Prevent third parties from impersonating you.
DNS · TXT
DKIM · DomainKeys Identified Mail
Cryptographic digital signature on every email sent. Guarantees that the content was not altered in transit.DNS · TXT · RSA
DMARC · Policy Authentication
Policy that instructs receiving servers on what to do with unauthenticated emails. Includes reports of spoofing attemps.
DNS · TXT · v=DMARC1
Complete technical configuration
DNS, MX records, SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication, TXT settings. We configure and verify it before delivery.
Active monitoring
If records become broken or changed, we automatically detect it and notify you before your deliverability is affected.
Domain reputation carefully maintained
We actively manage the server's IP reputation to maintain high deliverability. If anyone affects it, we act quickly.
Your emails travel
as they should — protected
TLS encryption is used on all connections, both when sending and receiving. Your information is never exposed in transit between servers.
End-to-end TLS encryption
All connections between your device and our servers are encrypted with TLS 1.2+ — the banking standard.
TLS 1.2+
Encrypted SMTP (SMTPS)
Email between servers is sent using encrypted connections, provided the recipient supports it.SMTPS · STARTTLS
IMAP/POP3 secure
Email apps (Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) connect to your mailboxes through encrypted channels, not plain text.
IMAPS · POP3S
Webmail with HTTPS
Webmail access is always via HTTPS. Your sessions and credentials are never transmitted in plain text.
HTTPS
Managed SSL Certificates
We automatically renew your domain's SSL certificates. No security alters in browsers or for clients.
Encrypted storage
Data at rest is stored with disk-level encryption in the Meixcan data centers where your mailboxes reside.
Filters that block
what shouldn't happen
Spam, phishing, malware and spoofing. Multiple layers of protection that work before your email even reaches your inbox.
Multi level anti-spam
Filters that combine reputation lists, content analysis, and machine learning to block spam.
Anti-phishing
Automatic detection of emails that attempt to impersonate specific banks, platforms, or people to steal credentials.
Anti-malware
Scanning attachments for viruses, ransomware, and malicious files before they reach the user's mailbox.
Managed blacklists
Automatically block senders on global reputation lists. Keep your inbox free of problematic senders.
Automation with Odoo
If you use Odoo, our connector allows your blacklists to be automatically synchronized between the ERP and CorreoBox.
★ INTEGRATION
Configurable filters
Custom rules per mailbox: adjust sensitivity, whitelists, blacklists, and behavior towards suspicious emails.

What each protocol does
and why it matters
If you come from the technical side (or your IT teams wants to get into details), here's the breakdown of the three pillars of modern email authentication.
PROTOCOLO · SPF
Sender Policy Framework
Specify which servers are authorized to send email on behalf of your domain. This is the first line of defense against identity theft.
What does it solve?
Without SPF, anyone can send emails claiming to be from your domain. With SPF properly configured, receiving servers can verify the legitimacy of the email and reject or mark fraudulent messages as spam.
PROTOCOLO · DKIM
DomainKeys Identified Mail
A cryptographic digital signature is attached to each email sent. Receiving servers verify it using a public key published in your DN.
What does it solve?
It proves two things: (1) the email really does come from your domain and (2) the content wasn't altered during sending. It's like a digital seal on every message.
PROTOCOLO · DMARC
Domain-based Message Authentication
Policy that tells receiving servers what to do when an email fails SPF and DKMIM checks: accept, mark as spam, or reject.
What does it solve?
Without DMARC, each receiving server decides what to do with suspicious emails. With DMARC, you define the policy and also receive reports of who tried to impersonate your domain and from where.
All this security,
included in each plan
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS encryption, anti-spam and servers in Mexico. It's not an upgrade — it's included in the base plan at no extra charge.
